The Business Area Vehicle Solutions, within Thule group www.thulegroup.com, develops manufactures and markets load-carrying systems for people who want to bring their equipment with them utilizing their car (e.g. roof racks, rooftop boxes, bike- and water-sport carriers). The Business Area also offers accessories for Recreational Vehicles, such as awnings and tents as well as snow chains for consumers and professional users. Headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, it has production and sales offices around the world with the major manufacturing sites in Sweden, Poland, Germany, Italy, Belgium, UK and Brazil.

The Customer & consumer service team within BA Vehicle Solutions is set up to ensure the best service for our customers and consumers.

Are you an experienced leader with a good track record from building successful customer and consumer service organizations? Are you thriving on working internationally and lead change? Then you might be our new Customer and consumer service manager!

This position is new as we are now planning to align our way of working with customer & consumer service in our Business Area (before it has been a localized organization). It will therefore have an international scope, having teams in various countries with a total of 45 employees and three managers as direct reports. Initially, you will also be leading the Swedish team in Hillerstorp operationally, when the local team lead is on maternity leave. It will be a good way of learning the business and how the processes for the function work today.

Moving forward the main responsibility will lay within aligning the way of working with the customer and consumer service cross countries and also to set up good targets and service evaluation processes and tools.

This is a key function in improving our competitive advantage and we are looking for a person that has a solid background with in the sales support and consumer support field. In order to succeed in this position you need to be a natural leader that has an ability to lead both remotely and interact with many stakeholders outside your function, such as Sales and operation. You also need to be structured in your way of following up and communicate the results in a selling way.

You can be based either in the Hillerstorp Site or in the HQ in Malmö and extensive travelling is required to the sites where you will have your teams.
